My coaching style is person-centred which means empowering the client to discover and choose for themselves how they want to move forward, and supporting them in making those changes through knowledge, tools and accountability.

I help people fulfil goals when they don’t know how to on their own by facilitating awareness for and shedding light on unconscious, unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, that are no longer serving someone or keeping them stuck. I create a safe nurturing space to explore those blocks.
