I’m Deb Atkins and I run the Peace and Happiness Adventure. 🌟

I’m an internationally Qualified Holistic Life Coach and Mind Body Practitioner, with a passion for Mindset and Psychology, looking at the whole person by understanding the intrinsically interconnected mind and body, as well as the science behind it all.

I help introverted women who feel blah, stuck and unfulfilled due to high functioning anxiety, stress or burnout. Who value health and happiness but are stuck in fear based choices. Who need help and support but are ready to stop playing small and take control of their lives. Who know deep down they are meant for more. And who are interested in learning more about mind, body, heart, soul and science.

Holistic simply means the ‘whole’. I believe that to create real lasting change Mind, Body and Soul are all interconnected and we must create authentic balance, starting with the mind and the psychology behind creating healthier habits.
